Refund Policy

Our commitment

Every Choc Cookies order is baked fresh, and we want you to love it. Because our cookies are made-to-order, perishable food, we handle refunds a little differently than a typical store. Here is how it works.

Fresh food, so no returns

For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on cookies or other food items once they have left our store or been delivered. This is standard for freshly baked goods.

Something wrong with your order?

We stand behind what we bake. If your order is incorrect, missing items, or arrives with a quality problem, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery at support@choccookies.com with your order details and, if possible, a photo. We will make it right with a replacement or a refund, whichever works best for you.

Pickup orders

Please check your order before you leave the store so we can fix any mistake on the spot. For issues noticed after pickup, reach out within 48 hours.

Delivery orders

If something is wrong with a delivered order, contact us within 48 hours. A quick photo helps us understand the issue and take care of you faster.

Orders placed through DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub

Orders placed on a third-party delivery app are subject to that app's own refund policy. For the fastest resolution on those orders, please contact the app you ordered through directly. You are always welcome to reach out to us as well and we will help however we can.

Cancellations and changes

Need to cancel or change a standard order? Contact us as soon as possible. If we have not started preparing your order yet, we are glad to cancel or adjust it. Once an order is being baked or has been completed, we may not be able to change it.

Catering and large orders

Catering and large orders are paid for in advance. Because we buy supplies especially for your order and often begin baking early, we ask for at least 36 hours notice to cancel or change one. We will always talk it through with you.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
