Fresh-baked cookies, made with love, and made to be the one you actually crave.
When we moved to California from Utah, we realized the Bay Area was missing something we had grown attached to back home: a late-night bakery selling fresh cookies. After two years, we finally decided we should just do it ourselves.
We started lean and self-funded, baking out of our own home as a cottage food operation, with a single employee: our very first hire, a delivery driver.
See this week's flavors →Every cookie started right here, scooped and weighed by hand on a home dining table. The plan was simple: grow organically, let the cookies cover the costs, and scale only as we needed to.
From those first trays to our Santa Clara bakery, one thing never changed: the standard.
Before long, the home kitchen could not keep up with the cookie orders. We opened our doors at 1614 Pomeroy Avenue in Santa Clara, and it quickly became the neighborhood spot for a warm, giant cookie any day of the week.
Years later, we are still right here, baking in small batches all day long, seven days a week, so there is almost always something warm coming out of the oven.
What began as a craving and a dining room table has grown into a bakery the Bay Area keeps coming back to. Loyal regulars, a new flavor every week, and a whole lot of cookies later, we are proud of how far we have come.
And we are not done. A second Choc Cookies is on the way in Fremont, bringing the same giant, warm, fresh-baked cookies to a brand new neighborhood.
We hold a high standard: distinct flavors, a mix of textures, the richness of something home-baked. We can't stand a cookie whose plain dough tastes like nothing without the chocolate chips.
Every cookie is oversized and rich, one's a treat, a box is an event.
Small batches all day long, so they're fresh whenever you walk in.
